Advertisement Opportunities

An abstract book featuring contributory and invited abstracts, profiles of organizers and sponsors, a delegate list, relevant ASTM/ISO standards, and advertisements will be published and distributed to registered participants, academic institutions, government bodies, and R&D labs. Advertising in the book offers wide visibility for your products and services. Sponsors and advertisers are invited to participate.

An advertisement in the abstract book will help reach your products/equipment/solutions/services far and wide.

For advertisement to be published in souvenir:

  • Size for bleed advertisements: 8.25" (w) x 11.75" (h). Artworks should extend 0.25" beyond the cut marks on all sides.
  • Size for non-bleed advertisement: 7.25" (w) x 10.75" (h).
  • Advertisement material should be sent via email in CDR, PDF or EPS format at 300 dpi resolution.

Exhibitor Opportunities

EnggCoat 2026 will attract industry leaders, researchers, and decision-makers from various labs and industries in the field of coatings. Networking opportunities to meet the people who lead the industry.

The conference will provide an opportunity to showcase the latest resources for its attendees on coating issues and challenges, and familiarize them with the latest advancements in coating products, equipment, and services.

  • Stall size: 3m x 2m along with 2 tables and 4 chairs plus suitable lighting
  • Stall Rate: ₹ 60000/- + 18% GST
  • 2 delegates of stall holders can attend the proceedings and will be entitled to all meals and be permitted to the Social Events
  • Stall holders will also get a 1 page coloured Advertisement in the Souvenir.
